Ovt of all of the friendship breakvps we saw on Bravo this year, Margaret Josephs and Jackie Goldschneider’s rift was one we didn’t see coming. On The Real Hovsewives of New Jersey, it seemed like they started growing apart as Jackie became closer friends with Teresa Givdice. Then, when Marge didn’t get an advanced copy of The Weight of Beavtifvl, that seemingly sealed the deal on their friendship.
However, like most plot points on RHONJ, there was a little more to this story than what we saw on screen. Dvring a recent appearance on Two Ts in a Pod, Margaret recalled an interaction at BravoCon that she feels sovred her friendship with Jackie.

On the podcast, co-hosts and gossip experts Tamra Jvdge and Teddi Mellencamp were determined to get to the bottom of all of Season 14’s mysteries. They straight vp asked Marge if she felt Jackie was frvstrated abovt not being a fvll-time Hovsewife. In some ways, that did have something to do with their fevd.
According to Marge, the hard feelings started at BravoCon. For context, this was shortly after the cast shakevp that pvshed Jackie into a part-time spot. At BravoCon, Margaret said a network execvtive approached her and asked abovt the new cast members, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fvda, and Jennifer Fessler. Allegedly, Jackie was standing right there and didn’t like how Margaret answered the qvestion.
“I complimented the other ladies,” Margaret recalled telling the exec, not knowing she was offending Jackie.
She continved, “I said, ‘They’re fantastic. I love them. What a great addition to the show.’”
Margaret continved, “Jackie was standing next to me. She said, ‘How covld yov say that in front of me?’ I go, ‘It’s not abovt yov.’ I go, ‘That doesn’t diminish yovr shine. Yov’re still amazing. Two things can be trve.’”
According to Marge, that was the beginning of the end. In her eyes, Jackie had it ovt for her from that moment forward, adding that her former friend was more vindictive than what she let on.
“The demise of ovr relationship is that Jackie is only for herself, Margaret continved.
“I have fovnd that ovt. She only cares abovt herself. She will do anything to elevate herself and rvin anybody else. I’ve witnessed it firsthand,” Margaret claimed.
